  • Ginger - 3 inch piece
  • Lemon - 2 (Medium ripe)
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Water - 4 glasses


  1. Peel the ginger and cut into pieces.
  2. Squeeze the lemon and extract juice. Remove seeds.
  3. Blend the ginger pieces, lemon juice, honey, salt and 1 glass of water in a blender or food processor.
  4. Sieve and add the remaining water.
  5. VARIATIONS : Black Pepper can be added to this juice.
