  • Besan- 1/2 cup,
  • Corn flour- 1 tablespoon
  • Maida - 1 tablespoon
  • Chilli powder- 2 teaspoons
  • Salt
  • Garlic ginger paste- 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper powder- 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil for deep frying


  1. Cut babycorn lengthwise into 4 pieces
  2. In a bowl, add gram flour, corn flour, maida, salt, chilli powder,pepper powder, garlic ginger paste .
  3. Add little water and make thick batter.
  4. Dip the sliced corn pieces and deep fry
  5. Baby corn fry ready..
