Ingredients. Always remember to mix the dry and wet ingredients seperately
Sieve Wheat flour.
Sieve the cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder.
Mix the sieved flours and sieve again 2 times to loosen the dry flours well.
Add melted butter in another bowl.
Add sugar and vanilla essence.
Add warm water
Add the lemon juice
Mix well but gently
Slowly add the dry mix (sieved flour). The batter looks like this.
Grease the baking try with a spoon of melted butter.
Pour the cake batter gently into the tray
